This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner frequently and repeatedly on the complaint of the 4th respondent with regard to title dispute in respect of the property bearing survey No.48/5 situated at Keela Veeranam, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tenkasi District forthwith

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry conducted and closed.
