ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry except through due process of law.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner was summoned to appear for enquiry and the same is pending. Now, the case was transferred to the District Crime Branch, Ramnad.
3.Recording the said submission, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Ramnad, is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
