O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first and second respondent to give an adequate Police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2023.

2. On the ground that the private respondents are making encroachment upon the property, which belongs to the petitioner, this petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation made by the petitioner, seeking Police protection was closed, since the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the petitioner appear before the second respondent Police on 04.12.2023. Let the above said enquiry be completed by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties and after ascertaining the ground situation, appropriate orders may be passed by the second respondent herein.

With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
