ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the FIR in Crime No.302 of 2022 came to be registered for the offences under Sections 454, 457 and 380 IPC and that a Women Police attached to the second Respondent Police Station, on suspicion, had conducted an enquiry with the petitioner and that now, they have come to a decision that the petitioner did not involve in the alleged occurrence. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
