This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 126 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police to some other competent investigation agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed.
