The present writ petition has been filed by a Daily wager / Office Assistant, who was working in the third respondent Co-operative Society seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to regularise her services with effect from 22.05.2019.

2. Mr.Raghuvaran Gopalan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Mr. S.C.Herold Singh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the third respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court directs the first respondent herein to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner on 03.07.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
