Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner with a criminal coercion of registering the false criminal cases and making her to not receive the rents from the shops and tin sheds, which are rented out for her livelihood. ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner registering the false criminal cases and making her to not receive the rents from the shops and tin sheds, which are rented out for her livelihood.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending and the same would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
