RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/-(Seventy Five thousands only) to the credit of Crime No.46 of 2022 before the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases,Thoothukudi,imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20911 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022 in a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand only) Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VISHNUVARDHAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.6, imposed in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20911 of 2022, dated 25.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition. Hence, prays to dismiss the petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.60 of 2023 4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. However, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the condition as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
