ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner would claim that an erroneous sub division in the survey field had been made, the instructing officials assert that the present position in the revenue record is a mere reflection of what happened during UDR. The petitioner therefore will have to necessarily move the District Revenue Officer, Madurai District. As and when such petition is filed by the petitioner, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law after notice to all the interested parties and final order shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks after the petitioner submits an application in this regard. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
