ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition No.7(iii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3055 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.248 of 2023 dated 29.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is not in dispute that the condition No.7(iii) imposed originally was modified in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8780 of 2025 on 24.07.2025 directing the petitioner to appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur North Police Station, Tiruppur, twice in a month, till the disposal of the appeal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

5. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.8780 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3055 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.248 of 2023, dated 24.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai District, on first and third Monday of every month until further orders.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
