Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20334 of 2022, dated 17.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and final report is filed.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20334 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur on 23.01.2023 and thereafter, appear before the trial Court, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.
