O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by a Junior Engineer Grade-I, who was working in the respondent Corporation seeking a mandamus for releasing the terminal benefits.

2. According to the petitioner, he had Voluntarily Retired on 19.08.2023 and so far, the retirement benefits have not been released and he has sent representation to the first respondent, on 11.10.2023 seeking retirement benefits.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 11.10.2023 and forward the same to the second respondent and the terminal benefits shall 2/4

be released within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
