The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.12 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said C.C.No.12 of 2013 as illegal.
