This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking quash of the charge sheet pending in C.C.No. 183 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vadasanthur.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that trial has already commenced and chief examination of P.W.1 is over. 4.This Court, without going into the issues on merits and taking note of the fact that the case is of the year 2010, directs the trial court to dispose C.C.No.183 of 2010 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected MPs are closed.
