If any such revision or appeal is filed by the petitioner within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same will be entertained without reference to limitation. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
