ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.12583 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for nearly 17 days. 2/4

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 17 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP(MD)No.12583 of 2025 on 29.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.12583 of 2025 on 29.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
