ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 18.09.2024, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11675 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.718 of 2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.
4. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11675 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.718 of 2023, dated 18.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni, on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2/4
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
