Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 and 2 to take immediate action on the respondent Nos.3 and 4 and the revenue officials, who are all involved in the said fraudulent patta transfer, upon the petitioner's representation/complaint dated 25.05.2025, within any time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take immediate action on the respondent Nos.3 and 4 and the revenue officials, who are all involved in the said fraudulent Patta transfer, upon the petitioner's representation/complaint, dated 25.05.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the second respondent on 28.08.2025.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
