PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the first respondent to instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner already decided issues and closed previous same complaints pending before the third respondent Police Station. ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the third respondent not to harass petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the earlier complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by District Crime Branch, Madurai and that another complaint, which was preferred by the fifth respondent is now pending before the third respondent. He would further submit that summons have been issued to the parties and the petitioner has appeared through his Advocate and the enquiry stands posted today i.e., 04.01.2023.

3.At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the third respondent.

4.Recording the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent and on such appearance, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders taking note of the closure of the earlier complaint, within a period of ten days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
