The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent not to harass him under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions would submit that the respondents have not harassed the petitioner in any manner ; that the petitioner was tried in CC. No.537 of 2022 and was acquitted.
