Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15851 of 2025 SUNDER MOHAN , J.

The matter is listed today under the caption, 'for being mentioned'. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that in the order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15851 of 2025, it was inadvertently mentioned that an FIR has been registered based on the complaint given by the petitioner in Crime No.354 of 2025, which is totally unrelated to this case.

3.In view of the above submissions, the paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15851 of 2025 shall read as follows:

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner only accuses certain persons of commission of an offence and there is nothing in the representation to warrant police protection. He would further submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an 1/3

enquiry pending and that the same would be concluded within a period of three weeks.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court find no reason to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner. However, the third respondent shall conduct an enquiry in the pending complaint and if any cognizable offence is made out, the third respondent shall take appropriate action within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Registry is directed to make the aforesaid correction in the order dated 22.09.2025 and issue a fresh order copy. 17.11.2025 cp 2/3
