The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the second respondent to initiate departmental action as against the fifth respondent, based upon his representation dated 05.10.2023. 2.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has brought to the notice of the Court that the disciplinary proceedings have been initiated as against the fifth respondent and punishment has been imposed on 14.02.2024 with deferred black mark for three months. 3.In view of the said order, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition.
