ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of the original certified copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagercoil in C.C.No.168 of 2011 dated 25.10.2021.

2. Heard Mr.R.Jagadeeshwaran, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the 2nd Respondent.

Mr.R.Jagadeeshwaran, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file an application before the trial Court for the certified copy of the judgment made in C.C.No.168 of 2011 dated 25.10.2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagercoil. He further submits that as and when the certified copy is obtained by the Petitioner, the same will be produced before this Court by way of supplementary affidavit and in this regard, he prays for an adjournment.

4. Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

5. Accordingly, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, adjournment is allowed.

6. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is rejected. Put up the main case 'for orders' on 11.11.2025 before the appropriate Bench.
