ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly submitted that the accused person in this case has died. However, despite the best efforts made by the Investigating Officer, he has been unable to obtain the death certificate. Hence, the offences charged against the accused stand abated.

2. Recording the above submission, the Suo Motu TR (MD) No. 12847 of 2025 stands closed.

11.11.2025 pal electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
