This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.462 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, after completing investigation, the 1st respondent police filed a final report on 06.07.2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi and it was not taken on file.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed. The Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, shall take the final report on file and assign a number. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
