ORDER

This petition is filed to dispense with the production of the impugned petition in Crl.M.P.No.262/2024 in M.C.No.47/2022, dated 06.07.2024, on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, in pending disposal of the above criminal original Petition. 2.The challenge in the main criminal original petition is to quash the petition that was filed for the execution of the order passed in maintenance case in M.C.No.47 of 2022. It is not known as to how such a petition could be filed challenging the petition filed for execution. The instant petition is clearly an abuse of the process of law. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
