ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the corpus or body of the petitioner's daughter namely Dhanalakshmi, D/o.Moses, aged 29 years before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the detenue appeared before the third respondent police and gave a statement stating that she is suffering from liver disease. Since the petitioner, who is the mother and the husband of the detenue, did not take care of her, she left the home on her own and got a job with the help of the third respondent and now she is handling her medical expenses on her own.

3. Since the detenue is 29 years old and she left her home on her own and now living peacefully, recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
