ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry except under due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint given by the third respondent before the All Women Police Station, after conducting enquiry, was ordered to be closed. Subsequently, the third respondent has filed the complaint before the jurisdictional Court and on the basis of the complaint, summons were issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
