This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the case against the petitioner in C.C.No.145 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur. 2.The petitioner herein is the second accused in C.C.No.145 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur. She filed this application to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.145 of 2013 and to quash the same. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur is perused. As per report, the case records pertaining to C.C.No.145 of 2013 has been retuned on 23.01.2015 on point of jurisdiction. Thereafter, the same had not been represented before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur.

4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the
