2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the 1st respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
