ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 120-B, 415, 416, 467 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.133 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons impersonated the defacto complainant's mother and executed a sale deed in favour of the second accused. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that there are five previous cases pending 2/4

against the petitioner. Therefore, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration of the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is impersonation and also considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
