Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's request is for directing the first respondent to issue country brick kiln certificate for his unit situated in the petition mentioned land.

3. The first respondent is directed to pass final order after holding an enquiry on the petitioner's application dated 31.01.2017. The order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed after holding an enquiry into the interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs.
