By relying on a sale deed dated 02.02.2023 and patta No.551 in the name of the petitioner, after submitting an online application for a survey, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He has placed on record a survey notice scheduling the survey on 24.09.2025.

3. In view of this development, the petitioner's grievance stands redressed. By recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
