Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action and rectify the mistakes occurred in FMB prepared on 22.12.2021 and restore the correct FMB for S.F.Nos.146/7A2A, 146/7A2B issued on 13.07.2021 as per extent mentioned in the sale deed dated 20.10.2021 in Doc.No.153/2021 registered at Alangudi Sub-Registrar Office in respect of S.F.Nos. 146/7A2A and 146/7A2B.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and 6. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner is permitted to give a fresh representation before the impleaded sixth respondent. The sixth respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of 2/4

the matter. The sixth respondent shall put the interested persons including the fifth respondent on notice before passing final order.
