The above petition has been filed for amending the cause title to reflect the first respondent as dead in the second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 states that they are not having any objections to allow this petition.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 11.03.2026 for filing a petition for amendment of the names of the respondents 3 and 4.
