ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 9(n) and 10 of the Protection of the Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act), in Crime No.19 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD). No. 18396 of 2024 was dismissed by order dated 06.11.2024 and there are no change in circumstances to entertain this anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed accordingly.
