ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to disburse the terminal benefits of the petitioner's husband who died while in service of the respondent Corporation.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the pension amount of his husband was not paid from the date of death of her husband till 05.04.2021. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. On instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the entire arrear amount has been settled in April 2023.

4. Considering the fact that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already been complied with, no further orders are called for. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. 22.11.2023 NCC :
