ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Deputy Manager of the respondent Transport Corporation, who attained superannuation on 30.04.2008.
2. According to the petitioner, his terminal benefits were disbursed only on 03.10.2009. Hence, he has sent a representation on 11.10.2023 seeking interest for the belated payment. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Considering the above said facts, the second and third respondents herein are directed to pass orders on the representation given by the writ petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
