PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in No. Nil, dated 12.10.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the fourth respondent to mutate the patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of Survey Nos. 28/1 28/2 and 28/3 to an extent of 4 Acres and 36 Cents situated in Thenpalangi Village, Thirupparnakundram Taluk, Madurai in the light of judgment made in O.S.No.247 of 2000, dated 24.02.2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam and in the light of Judgment made in A.S.No.104 of 2017, dated 30.10.2019 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Thirumangalam within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that for want of link documents the petitioner's online application for patta could not be considered. The petitioner in reply submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to approach the fourth respondent with the relevant link documents within a week. 2/4

Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the fourth respondent with relevant link documents within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent shall consider the petitioner's online application and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
