CRL MP(MD) No.105 of 2023 This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners on 29.11.2022 in C.A.No.782 of 2022.
2. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and investigation has not been completed.
4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court once in a month until further orders.
