PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to issue a direction to complete the trail in CC No.38/2018 pending on the file of the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Natham, Dindigul District as expeditiously as possible by fixing a time framed for disposal of the case. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to complete the trial in C.C.No.38/2018 pending on the file of the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Natham, Dindigul District as expeditiously as possible by fixing a time framed for disposal of the case. 1/4

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in the C.C.No.38 of 2018. He has filed a private complaint before the trial Court for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the complaint was taken on file in the year 2018, so far no progress is made in the trial process. Now it is posted for defense side evidence.

3.In view of the above said submissions, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, to expedite the trial process and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
