ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Senior Tradesman of the respondent Transport Corporation, who attained superannuation on 31.01.2020. After his retirement, the Trade Union and the Management entered into a settlement on 24.08.2022 under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, wherein the monetary benefits were enhanced with effect from 01.09.2019. Seeking the said benefits, the petitioner has sent a representation on 09.10.2023. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to confer the said monetary benefits arising out of 12(3) settlement, dated 24.08.2022 with effect from 01.09.2019 on the writ petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
