ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent a First Information Report has now been registered in Crime No.52 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Section 420 IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint only discloses the civil dispute.

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the FIR, he may seek appropriate remedy.
