O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate for the case in Crime No.216 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, F.I.R in Crime No.216 of 2022 has been registered for the offence under Section 379 of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed any final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report and the same was taken on file by Page No. 2 of 4

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam in C.C.No.15 of 2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, after recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed.
