O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in connection with the Crime No.114 of 2022 on the file of respondent Police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the complaint was closed. But later, it was reopened and now it is pending before the respondent Police. Further he would submit that within a period of three months, the said investigation will be completed.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original is disposed of.
