ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to allow this Criminal Revision Case by setting aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.6083 of 2022 1/4
by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District dated 28.10.2022.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation formalities, confiscation order was passed on 15.09.2022 and to effect that notice has already been served upon the petitioner.
3. Since confiscation order has already been passed, the matter has become infructuous and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the confiscation order in accordance with law, if so desires. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed with the above said liberty.
