ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the entire records relating to Crime No.19 of 2022, dated 02.06.2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and to quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner concerned and devoid of merits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed and they have also produced the copy of the final report, dated 30.11.2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. 04.01.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No das 2/4
