Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to issue any writ an order or direction more particularly in the form of a writ of Mandamus for directing the Respondents 1, 2 and 3 to take appropriate action against the Respondents 4,5,6 and 7 for their act of medical negligence and violative of medical ethics resulted in loss of petitioners sexual life and normal discharge of urine and hence those delinquent Respondents 4 to 7 may be restrained from performing the procedure and practice and also be directed to by him a compensation of Rs.1 Crore by considering his representation dated 29.08.2020. A Restoration Petition has been filed. The Writ Petition was disposed of on merits and therefore, there is no question of once again restoring the Writ Petition and re-hearing the same. If the petitioner feels that there is an apparent error on the face of the order, the petitioner can only file a Review Application and redress his grievance.
