This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.472 of 2011 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No-II, Thanjavur. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after conducting the trial, the case was ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infractuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
