To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order of suspension issued by the 1st respondent by his order dated 12.09.2022 and thereby directing the 1st respondent to revoke the impugned order of suspension of the writ petitioner and post him in a non sensitive post with all consequential benefits by considering the representation dated 06.09.2023 to the 1st respondent by the writ petitioner.

2. In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.2165 of 2015 and 21628 of 2018, dated 15.03.2022, the stay granted by this Court in W.M.P(MD)No.19488 of 2023 in W.P(MD)No.23282 of 2023 on 25.09.2023 is hereby vacated.
